Be good to yourself! There is so much shit we put up with from other people because we feel like we have to! NO YOU DON'T! (Unless of course you're a minor still living at home, and then you do have to follow your parents rules, which you might consider bullshit!!) Otherwise, we all deserve to be treated with at least a small bit of kindness. And sometimes that kindness is in the form of separating from those who do us harm...physically, mentally, or spiritually. It can be hard to do sometimes, but the inner peace that comes is beyond wonderful! Doing it applies to all areas of our life. Look at yourself first, and see if there is something you've done that brought it on that could use an adjustment, but also ask if you'd be better off without "it." Get that second opinion if you feel that doctor is not a good "match" with you. Look for another job if you're feeling used and unappreciated. Get counseling if you feel it necessary, and then apply that "second opinion" comment if warranted. Keep in mind that with people being people, after you have done that separation from the other, to them you will be the villain. They will say that everything that went wrong was your fault. Those who are are your true friends know that isn't the whole story/truth, and will join you in telling those others to just fuck off!!!! Life is good!!!
